Is catering provided in my ticket price?
The ticket price does not include catering but EICC has several catering outlets onsite and there are many café’s and restaurants within easy walking distance.

Is the venue accessible for those with mobility issues?
Yes EICC is fully equipped for a wide variety of access requirements, do check their venue website if in doubt or contact us in advance if special arrangements are necessary.

Will there be a creche?
We are unable to provide childcare at EICC.

If I buy my ticket now but then cannot attend can I return it?
We cannot arrange a refund for extra tickets but suggest you pass the ticket to someone who may otherwise not have been able to attend.
Additionally we encourage anyone coming to Edinburgh from elsewhere to arrange travel insurance for accommodation costs,illness and the risk of theft.

Is there an early bird discount?
Tickets will be sold on a first come first served basis at full value, and no tickets are reserved for later release.

Is there a group discount available for tickets?
To enable us to keep the ticket cost as low as possible for everyone we are unable to offer any discounts for groups travelling together.

Does everyone need to buy a ticket on Eventbrite? 
No. Your friend will be able to buy you a ticket on Eventbrite. But, when a woman buys a ticket for a friend, she will need to enter her friend’s name too. The names held in the Eventbrite system will be used at Registration for the conference so it’s important for security that we have the correct names in the system.

Can I make a group booking?
Yes! Please do. If you are making a large group booking of 10+ you can email us, on info@womenwalkingwithgod.org.uk, and we’ll be able to help. For smaller groups, the group organiser, can buy all the tickets for the group in one transaction on Eventbrite. The organiser needs to enter the full name of each woman planning to attend the conference, as Eventbrite needs to hold that information. If you aren’t able to use Eventbrite please email us, on info@womenwalkingwithgod.org.uk, and we’ll be able to help you.

Why does Eventbrite need to know the names of the ladies attending the conference?
The names held in the Eventbrite system will be used at Registration for the conference so it’s important for security that we have the correct names in the system.

I made a group booking and want to change the name of one of the women?
The person who made the group booking will need to login to their Eventbrite account. From there it is easy to change the name of an attendee.

Is there a day ticket available for Saturday only? 
There is only one ticket price for WWWG.
On arrival you will be given a wrist band and can leave and return to the conference as you wish. Many of the ladies take the opportunity to pop out to the shops while in Edinburgh and so make the most of coming to the capital for the whole weekend!

When will the seminars be advertised and can we book them in advance?
The seminar programme will be released in due course.
There is no booking facility for the seminars but we aim to repeat the most popular.
